Clean hotel, exceptionally comfortable beds, satisfactory breakfasts and very good staff. Very impressed with the lovely view from our classic queen room. Central heating, an electronic key card, and a coffee/tea maker available. Great and fab location for visiting bars and restaurants. Found in the fairly nice area. A comfortable stay for one night.

great location but staff could improve
The location was perfect for sightseeing, just a short walk to the Trevi Fountain and other attractions. The breakfast room staff was really good, always friendly and accommodating, made mornings more enjoyable. I appreciated the cleanliness of my Classic Double Room. The city view from my room added a lovely touch to the experience.

The room was a Classic Double Room, well-maintained and clean. The breakfast offered freshly baked pastries, a variety of cheeses, and a selection of fresh fruits that was enjoyable. The location was ideal, with easy access to major attractions and public transport.
Could hear noise from the hallways at times.

I had an awesome time here and would definitely go back. The hotel was clean, the staff were absolutely perfect and informative. The breakfast was satisfactory and fine for vegans and all the food was good. Everything was great, the room was clean and modest with bath and three standard beds and a balcony

A surprisingly good stay
Walking back from dinner one evening, we stumbled upon a quaint café nearby. The staff were attentive, and our Classic Double Room was always impeccably clean.
Noise from the hallway occasionally interrupted our peaceful nights, as the absence of carpet made conversations echo rather loudly.

I recently enjoyed a great two-night stay in a Classic Double Room. The air conditioning was excellent, and the shower had fantastic pressure—definitely a highlight! Breakfast included some good choices and fresh coffee.. I would choose this place again if returning to Rome.

The room was clean, new and well appointed. It was not very large but it was new, clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful by answering questions we had and directing us in the right direction. The breakfast was very good.
The only issue was the size of the room but since we did not stay much in the room except to sleep so it was not really an issue.

Hotel location, hotel lounge area, comfortable pillows and bed. The service and cleanliness of the rooms is perfect! Delicious coffee for breakfast if you ask him to prepare and insist on it. A great receptionist-man who speaks Russian.
I did not like the breakfast room: tables for 4 are designed for midgets, the distance between the tables is too small: you are constantly afraid to hit the neighbors. There's a coffee machine in the hall: there's a creepy coffee. Ask them to make coffee - they have an excellent coffee machine in the kitchen. The girl on February 26 worked very badly at the reception desk. Instead of resolving the issue with the selection of taxis (in the city collapsed because of the fall of snow), she was ready to throw everyone out of the hotel and let everyone get there themselves, hysterical and very aggressive. Room audibility is high.
